TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We accept payments in PLN: credit/debit card, cash or bank transfer to our bank account.
Your reservation is guaranteed by an advance payment you will be asked to make at the day of reservation.
In case you cancel the reservation, advance payment will not be refund, unless the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the day of arrival.
In case the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the day of arrival you will be kindly asked to give us your bank account number. Not giving the account number be equal to renouncement to the return of the prepayment.
The balance payment must be paid at the day of arrival.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Arrivals: The check in time is after 14:00 and you will be asked to inform us about exact time of arrival. If you arrive after 22:00 there is

a 50 PLN extra fee.

Departures: The check out time is till 11:00. There is no possibility to check out later or prolong your stay if the room is booked.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

You are responsible for good upkeep of the apartment during your visit.
If you damage or break anything, please let us know immediately so we can replace it for the next guest.
Clients are responsible for any major damage incurred to the apartment and will be charged for any repairs.
If the police have to come and address any complaints of the neighbors you will be asked to leave the apartment and be eligible for no refund.

If you experience any problems upon check-in or if you are not happy with your apartment upon check-in, please contact us immediately.
